The AI models used by Frontier Voice can generate responses that are inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or entirely fabricated (“hallucinations”). This is an inherent characteristic of current AI technology.
5.2 Not Professional Advice
Outputs from Frontier Voice are not legal, financial, medical, psychological, safety, or other professional advice. Do not rely on AI-generated content as a substitute for qualified professional consultation. Always verify important information from authoritative sources.
5.3 Your Responsibility
You are responsible for evaluating and verifying any AI outputs before acting on them. Mindcom Media Ltd accepts no liability for decisions you make based on AI-generated content.
5.4 Web Search Results
When Frontier Voice uses Brave Search to retrieve live web content, the accuracy and completeness of results depend on third-party sources. We do not endorse or verify that third-party content.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Your Inputs
You retain all rights to the content you provide to the App (your voice, text, and queries). By using the App, you grant Mindcom Media Ltd a limited licence to process your inputs solely to deliver the service to you.

These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property other than a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
6.3 AI-Generated Outputs
AI outputs are provided to you for your use. We make no warranty as to their originality or that they do not infringe third-party rights. You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content.

On termination, your licence to use the App ends. Sections 5, 6, 9, 10, 12, and 13 survive termination.
